  Parking is horrendous and they say they review the candidate holistically but in reality the decision is based purely off gpa to make their school appear prestige. My gpa was 1 point below but I’m an active member at my current community college, work experience within the field that I am studying in, and completion of all my general education classes. I could not relate to any of the representatives and they showed no empathy in the decision.

  From living in the area, walking and biking through college area, and going to the same restaurants and shops as the students, I would say the students are professional and behave responsibly which is an impressive sight.
  
  Part of the reason for the insane growth is the exemplary student population, and second is that the surrounding area is conducive for growth.
  
  The area around the college is very clean, well kept and appears like new.
